At Moment Catcher Photography, we strive to provide high quality photographs tailored to your needs - whether it be capturing an intimate wedding, a fun-filled party or a competitive sport. The end result will be both traditional and not-so-traditional photographs, by our friendly, capable staff. And as the saying goes...a picture is worth a thousand words. Your photos can be customized any way you wish. Styles include, but are not limited to, black and white, sepia toned, water colored, oil painting, and colorized. Custom text may also be included, as well as a variety of other effects.

Prices for our Commercial Photography are valid as of 2022.

• Commercial services are billed at an hourly rate of $125.00 (minimum 1 hour)
• Day (8 hours) rate is $750.00 
• Half day (4 hours) rate is $400.00, with 1/2 day minimum outside of the Capital District
• We are always happy to quote an all-inclusive price, which includes all charges to shoot, process and supply images for specific usage. Please ask for a no obligation quote.

Product Photography: Product shots are usually carried out in our studio on a per item basis. More complex setups may be charged at an hourly rate, as per our normal commercial rates.

Expenses: Travel is charged on a mileage basis; usually there is no mileage charge in New York State’s Capital District. Locations exceeding 30 miles of travel will incur a $30.00 fee. Overseas travel is by special arrangement. Additional studio setup is charged by prior arrangement.

Your Photos: Moment Catcher Photography provides images in high resolution DVD files in JPG format, with other formats available upon request. DVD editing and writing is $50.00 per DVD. Additional image manipulation (Photoshop) is by prior arrangement for $75.00 per hour or part thereof. Stock photo purchases available on request.

Moment Catcher Photography is committed to capturing your special day on DVD or in archival albums to preserve your memories for a lifetime. Five wedding packages have been developed with you in mind: Just the Ceremony, Proofs Only, Traditional, Contemporary and Supreme. Except for Just the Ceremony, all wedding packages include full day service with photos of the Bride and Groom before the Ceremony, the Ceremony, the Wedding Party, and Reception photos, such as candid, cake cutting, dancing and the garter and bouquet tosses.

Albums are available in a variety of styles and colors. We use the latest in high resolution digital technology and finished prints are on high quality archival paper. All images are color but can be converted to sepia, black and white, or antique at your request. Studio or in-home consultations are available to discuss booking, packages, services and prices. A $350.00 deposit is required to hold your wedding date. Fifty percent is due six weeks before the wedding date, and the balance is due on the day of your wedding. If albums are to be mailed, please include $35.00 for postage and handling of each book.

Our most popular service is the DVD presentation. Imagine watching hundreds of images of your wedding to your choice of music…Moment Catcher Photography will use your choice of six songs to accompany approximately 250 photos. The cost is $500.00 with additional DVDs for $50.00. The DVD can be added to any package.

JUST THE CEREMONY (Most economical): $450.00

• 150 - 200 fully edited high resolution images on three DVDs.

PROOFS ONLY (Most popular): $1,895.00

• Full day of photography services (two photographers)
• 650 - 750 high resolution images on three DVDs (the Couple's, both sets of Parents’)
• This is an economical alternative for preserving your wedding day.

TRADITIONAL $2,295.00

• For an additional $200 add two Parents’ albums of twelve 5 x 7s each.
• Full day of photography services (two photographers)
• 650 - 750 high resolution images
• 17 - 25 page proof booklet to keep
• Sixteen 8 x 10 color prints in an album
• One 11 x 14 color print of your choice
• DVDs include 4 x 6 proof size images of all shots

CONTEMPORARY $2,395.00

• For an additional $200 add two Parent's albums of 12 5 x 7s each.
• Full day of photography services (two photographers)
• 650 - 750 high resolution images
• 25 - 34 page proof booklet to keep
• Twenty-four 8 x 10 color prints in an album
• Two 8 x 10 color prints for framing
• One 16 x 20 color print mounted on foam core
• CDs include 4 x 6 proof size images of all shots

SUPREME $2,795.00

• For an additional $200 add two Parent's albums of twelve 5 x 7s each.
